Licensing & Usage Rights – Endlessmelodies

When purchasing digital products from Endlessmelodies, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

Permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the content may be used for:

• personal use;
• online content (e.g. social media, videos, websites);
• background music for personal or creative projects.

Prohibited use

It is not permitted to:

• resell or redistribute the content;
• sublicense the content to third parties;
• offer the content as NFTs or similar digital assets;
• claim the content as original authorship;
• sell the content as a standalone product (e.g. music sales or sample packs).

Intellectual property

All rights remain with Endlessmelodies. Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of the license.
