Because our products are digital and personalized, our return and refund policy is slightly different from physical goods. We aim to be fair, transparent, and caring in every situation.


Digital products & personalization

All EndlessMelodies songs are custom-made digital products, created specifically for each order based on the information you provide.

Once production has started, the song cannot be returned in the traditional sense, as it is uniquely created for you.


Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness matters to us.

If you are not satisfied with your song, you may contact us within 14 days after delivery to request:

  • A free revision, or
  • refund, if a revision does not resolve the issue

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are intended to ensure fairness for both you and our creative process.

EU right of withdrawal (digital content)

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal normally does not apply to digital content that is:

  • Delivered digitally, and
  • Personalized for the customer, and
  • Where performance has begun with the customer’s consent

By placing an order, you agree that production of your personalized digital song begins immediately and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

That said, we voluntarily offer our 14-day satisfaction guarantee as described above.


Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized digital songs once delivered
  • Digital downloads that have been accessed
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Revisions instead of exchanges

Because each song is custom-made, exchanges are not applicable.

If something does not feel right, we encourage you to request a revision, which is often the fastest and best solution.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
