Endlessmelodies operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

No real artists, vocalists, or performers are involved.
Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & DIGITAL DELIVERY
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to:
- immediate digital delivery;
- immediate start of service execution.
Refunds are handled exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

Endlessmelodies does not ship physical products.
All products are delivered digitally.

All content, products, and materials on the Services are the intellectual property of Endlessmelodies or its licensors.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or permitted use only.
You may not:

- sublicense the content;
- offer the content as NFTs or similar assets;
- claim authorship of the content.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

This store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Endlessmelodies.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Endlessmelodies. You expressly release Shopify from any related claims.
